LM Connect 2025: A day full of insights, dialogue and team spirit
Last Friday was all about networking, learning and celebrating together: the LM Connect 2025 brought together colleagues from all departments and from all over Germany in Osnabrück. For a day full of professional impulses, exciting insights into other departments and an atmospheric summer party to round off the day.
A morning dedicated to our focus topics
The day began with a joint welcome from our Executive Board. This was followed by an exciting programme of presentations on key topics from our Service and technology portfolio. The focus was on current developments and challenges in the areas of Information Security, Modern Work, Process automation, Artificial intelligence and managed services. The presentations not only offered in-depth expertise, but also numerous points of contact for cross-divisional dialogue, exactly in the spirit of the event.
Rally through the LM world: discover, understand, join in
After lunch together, the tour continued with the LM Connect Rally and thus into the second, interactive half of the day. Equipped with a rally pass, the participants made their way through the various departments. Each station offered not only creative tasks, but also exciting insights into the daily work of colleagues.
The rally stations offered plenty of variety: puzzles, a consulting escape room, simulation games, puzzles and interactive tasks brought topics such as IT training, compliance, campaign planning and cyber defence to life. Digital avatars, demo courses and a CI quiz also provided new perspectives and exciting insights - all in the spirit of cross-cutting dialogue.

The stations were accompanied by a series of Spotlight TalksThe presentations covered a wide range of topics - from the Team Lifecycle App, Modern Infrastructure and Privileged Identity Management to experience reports on change processes, customer projects and dealing with compliance issues in practice. For many, this was not only an instructive but also a surprising change of perspective that put their own day-to-day work into a broader context.
Our joint summer party finally began in the courtyard at 6 pm. The newly founded LM band "5 LM Ants" provided a great atmosphere with their great live performance provided the musical backdrop, while there was plenty of opportunity to celebrate, network and simply have fun at the barbecue buffet, the cocktail bar and later on the karaoke stage. The finale was just as atmospheric as the day itself - characterised by real team spirit and lots of great conversations well into the night.
