Do I already need Copilot licenses for the Copilot Starter?

No. The Copilot Starter is specifically aimed at companies before the license decision is made and does not require Copilot licenses. On the workshop day, we assess the readiness of your Microsoft 365 environment, demonstrate Copilot in Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot Chat on your own tasks, and prioritize three to five quick-win use cases. Additionally, you will receive a recommendation on which license model fits the scope and budget.

What is the difference between Copilot Starter and Copilot Explorer?

The Copilot Starter provides the decision-making basis in a single day: Readiness Check, prioritized use cases, Go/No-Go recommendation, and roadmap sketch. The Copilot Explorer takes it further: In a 30-day pilot, we deploy Copilot for up to 25 pilot users, train them in four training workshops of two hours each, implement the first use cases in real-time, and demonstrate the business value through an impact evaluation and a rollout recommendation.

How long does it take to implement Copilot or AI agents?

Yes. At Agent Starter, we develop a functional agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio with your team on a workshop day, including an associated knowledge source such as SharePoint, and present it to decision-makers. The fixed price is €3,400. For productive operation, we recommend a consumption-based Copilot Studio model via Microsoft Azure Pay-as-you-go.

How much does the development of multiple AI agents cost?

In the Agent Builder, we work with your team to implement up to three agents in a guided 30-day mission: from choosing the use case, connecting and preparing your knowledge sources, to publishing them in Teams and Copilot. The price is €21,800 without add-ons. Additional agents, the integration of external data sources such as SAP or CRM, and an in-depth security and compliance audit can be added as add-ons.

Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry: Which platform is suitable for AI agents?

The Use Case decides that. Copilot Studio is suitable for quick onboarding and clearly defined use cases, which is why the first agent in the Agent Starter is created there. Microsoft Foundry is the right tool when agents work on larger knowledge bases, large amounts of data need to be prepared and indexed, or flows, MCPs, and sub-agents are used. Are our company data protected in Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot works within your Microsoft 365 tenant and based on existing permissions: What an employee is not allowed to see, Copilot is also not allowed to see. Already in the Copilot Starter, we check the data structure, permissions, and compliance requirements in a data, security, and compliance quick check before licenses are purchased.
