What role does Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure play in Managed Services?
It is important to us to provide our customers with the best possible services and the latest technologies. Depending on the service modules, these are therefore based on components that are provided via Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure. For the Managed Identity, Managed Endpoint and Managed Platform modules in particular, the possibilities of the Microsoft 365 product family are the ideal basis for enabling secure, efficient and modern working methods. We would be happy to advise and support you on the question of whether and how Microsoft 365 can be optimally introduced in your organisation.
Managed services are a great prospect, but I need ad hoc help with my IT. Can LM help me here too?

Can I also purchase individual services?
Our service modules are designed to function as stand-alone modules. By defining clear handover points and responsibilities, they can also be individually phased into your service strategy. Of course, we can also discuss customised service agreements.
We have not yet implemented IT service management. Is that a problem?
No. We use the Jira service management framework from Atlassian to map our IT service management processes. As part of the service takeover, you are created as a separate client for the ticket system and can submit tickets and service requests to us and track their status. However, it is also possible to create and utilise connections to existing ticket systems in your company via interfaces.
