We start the second LM elympiad
Last Friday was the day: the second round of our eLympiad came to an end with a festive award ceremony and a special highlight. For the first time, an external team also took part: the Osnabrück municipal utilities! With commitment, team spirit and a large portion of fun, they faced the varied challenges together with our LM teams.
Team spirit meets competition
Over the course of almost three months - from the first game to the final event - the 8 days of play focussed on one thing above all: good cooperation, creative tasks and small challenges. After all, it's not just the score that counts at the eLympiade, but above all the teamwork. The games played included Fall Guys, Puzzle Together, Golf It, Witch It and a few rounds of Counter-Strike 2. Our participants showed how much energy and motivation there is in a playful competition - and how much joint activities can strengthen team cohesion.
The best teams were honoured at the award ceremony on Friday. The team from Stadtwerke Osnabrück took second place and was warmly welcomed to the eLympiade community by our colleagues.
Incidentally, those who were unable to play themselves had the opportunity to follow many of the games live on Twitch, a format that also provides entertainment while watching and strengthens the sense of community. What originally started as an internal team-building activity is increasingly opening up to the outside world. The eLympiad brings people together, creates space for dialogue and strengthens the sense of togetherness - regardless of whether you have been with us for a long time or are a newcomer.
