The beginnings: from student project to public limited company

In 1994, while the world was celebrating events such as Franzi van Almsick's victory at the World Swimming Championships, the Marc Liepe and Manuel Mummert in Osnabrück, which would later become LM IT Services AG. At the beginning, they gave courses in MS DOS and bookkeeping at educational institutions. Just two years later, in 1996, the first corporate customers were acquired and turnover soared to 650,000 Deutschmarks.

In the year 1999 the company then officially became Public limited companyThe company's success in the following years brought further milestones: new business areas, international partnerships and steady expansion. The renaming and reorientation towards technologically sophisticated projects paved the way for today's position as a leading IT service provider.
