In 1994, while studying Management Economics in Osnabrück, Marc Liepe and Manuel Mummert became acquainted with each other and later would become the company’s founder and current board members. Even then, the two preferred practical activities to theoretical study. Thanks to their training and employment opportunities, they were able to gain valuable experiences and ideas, which culminated in the establishment of a common enterprise.

Marc Liepe is the CEO and one of the founders of the LM IT Services AG.
In conjunction with his studies, he gathered his first coaching experiences within the IT industry and it became clear to him that this was a promising market. Thus, without further ado, he shifted the focus of his studies onto the foundation of a company. After briefly working for a Hamburg IT systems integrator, he realized that only through one’s own company can one implement ideas about service quality, flexibility and customer orientation.
Today, Marc Liepe is responsible for the strategic enterprise development and the operational business of LM IT Services AG.

Manuel Mummert

Manuel Mummert is of one the founders and CFO of LM IT Services AG.
Even during his school years, Manuel Mummert was active in the publication of a stock exchange letter as well as working at a sport equipment shop. When the market for IT training with professionals opened itself, he realized that the establishment of a company had become a higher priority than his studies. Directly after finishing his marketing and management studies, he tried out the tools of his trade at one of the largest German systems integrators. As a result of his experiences, he became more convinced that he needed to follow the entrepreneurial path.
Currently, Manuel Mummert is responsible for Finance/Controlling and Human Resources and he supports well-known customers from the IUK area, who are involved in these fields.
