Services from the Pro´s for the Pro´s
Within the last couple of years, our partners have requested more and more services within the field of media- and content – development. Most of the time, we were asked to create formats, in a very creative way if possible or to extend existing content. These services are usually provided by vendors with complex expertise in communication and media, but a lack of professional IT knowledge. Even if the results of these vendors´ are extraordinary, this very judgement is only true for the medial outturn of the requested project –mostly, making project communications and project partnership, at least challenging.
Why not request these services from a provider, that caters especially and explicitly to the one profession –IT Know How, from an IT Company?
Microsoft to support graduates with OfficeNow! workshop
Microsoft supports graduates by means of an OfficeNOW! workshop on Microsoft Office, SharePoint and others. To ensure the kids experience is a fun learning day, German national team soccer star Piotr Trochowski is with them throughout the day.
In Hamburg, within Randstads office, two containers are being delivered. 5 feet high, 3 feet deep, 2 ½ feet wide, and “slim” 280 pounds in weight. Inside of the containers a fully configured enterprise IT environment, with everything installed a modern enterprise utilizes in daily business as well as – virtualized – the entire periphery
Project Management – A necessary evil or an essential voluntary event.
What IT-Manager hasn’t already asked himself this question before? The desperate attempt at weighing up additional costs for would-be ‚‘overheads‘ against the necessity and to successfully bring the more complex projects to a decisive end. This question has always accompanied managers, ever since IT-Projects have become more complex.
In the meantime, it is becoming apparent that the methods used to manage and enter into changes during a project, are just as important as the technical content of the project itself and the corresponding implementation work. What manager would like to be held responsible that the process flow, e.g. a Migration is ‘rather quite simple’ but that nobody has given much thought about ordering the necessary hardware?
New service: The LM IT Services AG has begun editing multimedia lectures and trainings for their customers.
Microsoft is looking at making the Tech@Night series of events more interesting for its partners with yet another added value. That is why the LM IT Services AG has been commissioned with creating presentation videos with the employment of the innovative video system ‘’MediaSite Recorder’’. With this, LM can carry out recordings, post processing and future hosting of lectures during the Tech@Night, of Online-Training and other Events. To give you an in depth look at the intended application and advantages of this innovate technology, we would like briefly introduce you to the system.
